Happy Belated Birthday, Inui. I'm sorry I wasn't able to greet you sooner or in person, for that matter. However, I hope you enjoy the package I had sent to you.

(ooc: Inside the package are a stainless steel travel mug and a reading light.)

The children's ward has become a very comfortable place - I didn't think that I would get this... attached. The parents group I've also been working with has lined up a set of activities for the children, beginning with a storytelling session this weekend. Everyone is very excited about it.

Now that I'm busier with the hospital though, my shifts at the clinic have been moved to an earlier time. This would mean that I have to stretch my schedule even further than it can already go. Perhaps I should cut my clinic time to thrice a week then. At least until my stint with the children's ward is over.

I've been recently assigned to visit a children's ward at a nearby hospital, where they are trying very much to deal with the growing number of orphans. Our class will likely be needing at least six more volunteers to play with some of the older children. So if you're free this coming weekend, it would be much appreciated.

I am still quite worried about my earlier findings. There seems to be a syndicate of some sort going around and I am afraid that Hajime has been targeted. Two more basketball players have turned up with the same batch of steroids; however, they have not confessed to anything. I've already brought this up with one of my professors. This will hopefully be resolved soon.
There has been a strange pattern these past few days. Athletes who used to come frequently to the clinic (as I have noticed in their files) have been purposely missing appointments. And the last basketball player I examined seemed to be on anabolic steroids - I will have to research this further.

Everyone, we must not let our guards down. I would suggest that a monthly check up be given to the more active athletes.

{ ooc: I wondered if I should shake things up a bit. Rest assured, this can simply be a precaution on Tezzy's part and it may not be that serious. Feel free to poke me on AIM or leave a comment if you want to participate in this little plot though. :D }

Good day to you all. I am Tezuka Kunimitsu, currently majoring in Sports Medicine and lining up for a degree in Education. If you need me for anything (school work, tennis if need be), I am often in the library; otherwise, you can try the Kuro Dorm, Room 12. A note or an email would be sufficient warning.

If you are, in particular, signing up for a consultation, I have two shifts at the clinic - this may increase as the school year progresses. Depending on our schedules, I am sure we will be able to work something out. So do not hesitate to inquire with me.
